The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable and motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our small, collaborative HR team in Brisbane. This role plays an important part in building capability across our business, supporting both our corporate staff and our network of individually operated branches.
Reporting to our Head of Learning & Development, you will contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of practical, high-quality learning experiences that support performance, leadership and compliance within a people focused financial services environment.
What the role entails
- Developing and delivering training programs
- Conducting training needs analysis and reporting on relevant data
- Coordinating learning programs, schedules and resources
- Engaging and managing external training providers and SMEs
- Supporting evaluation and continuous improvement of learning initiatives
- Maintaining learning materials, resources and records within learning systems
About you
- Experience in L&D, HR or organisational development role
- Strong organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to designing and delivering training programs
- Confident communicator with attention to detail
- Interest or experience in financial or professional services
- Relevant qualifications in HR, L&D or Training (desirable)
