The opportunity
The Sales Partner Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through More & Tangerine’s sales partner ecosystem by improving partner productivity and enabling high‑performance partnerships.
The role will focus on developing, managing, and scaling existing sales partners while playing a key role in onboarding and activating new high‑value partners. This position is critical to executing the company’s growth strategy, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled, and delivering consistent revenue outcomes.
Sales Partner Performance & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic and high‑potential sales partners.
- Drive partner productivity, revenue growth, and pipeline performance across the partner base.
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions to increase partner output and conversion.
- Conduct regular partner reviews focused on revenue, pipeline, and growth opportunities.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Ensure partners are fully enabled with the tools, knowledge, and commercial frameworks required to succeed.
- Deliver ongoing training, updates, and engagement to keep partners aligned with products, offers, and strategy.
- Act as the key point of contact for partner support, escalations, and commercial guidance.
New Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Support the onboarding of new strategic sales partners, ensuring a structured and high‑impact ramp‑up.
- Drive early‑stage partner activation, focusing on speed to first sale and pipeline build.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and partner activation frameworks
Future Partner Expansion & Role Evolution
- Contribute to the identification and development of new partner opportunities.
- Support the evolution of the partnerships function toward structured partner generation and acquisition.
- Play a key role in building scalable partner engagement, onboarding, and performance models.
Experience
- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or indirect sales environments.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth through partners.
- Experience working with or managing sales partners, resellers, or channel networks.
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue and growth outcomes.
- Ability to influence and drive performance across external partner organisations.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a growth‑focused environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and act accordingly.
