Location: Inner West, CBD, North West Region
Clients are located across the Inner West, Sydney CBD, and North West Sydney regions. You must be willing to travel across these areas and hold a current NSW Driver Licence plus your own insured vehicle.

The Role
Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who requires friendly and capable, support workers to assist in community access care. You’ll provide a mix of:
- Emotional support and companionship
- Domestic assistance and community access
- Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan
- Experience with mental health clients (desirable)
You’ll be great in this role if you are/have
- Sympathetic, empathetic and personable!
- NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle
- Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
- Reliable availability in the Inner West, CBD and North West Sydney Regions.
Highly regarded
- Experience supporting clients with mental health and mobility aids
- Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
