Montessori Care are seeking compassionate Female Tagalog-speaking Support Workers to support NDIS participants across Sydney’s North West and Inner West.

About the Role
You will work directly with female NDIS participants who require Tagalog as primary communication, providing support that enhances their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Note: This role involves supporting participants across various locations throughout Sydney. Support Workers must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to an insured vehicle in order to travel between client homes and assist with community access activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Community access and transport to appointments or activities
- Social and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities
- Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Australian working rights
