Montessori Care is growing, and we’re seeking passionate Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and AINs to support NDIS participants and older Australians in their homes and communities.

This is an exciting casual opportunity that offers flexibility, diverse caseloads, autonomy, and the chance to develop advanced skills by working with clients ranging from general to complex support needs!

About the Role

You’ll provide clinical and capacity-building supports to participants across various functional and health needs.

Allied Health Professionals (Speech Pathologists & Occupational Therapists):

  • Functional capacity and therapy assessments
  • Communication, swallowing, sensory, or ADL-focused interventions
  • Capacity-building therapy and family collaboration
  • Behaviour support and multidisciplinary teamwork

Award Coverage:

  • Health Professionals & Support Services Award (HPSS Award) MA000027
  • Attractive casual rates + penalties as applicable
  • Travel time & kilometre reimbursement for community visits

Nurses (RNs, ENs, AINs)

  • High-intensity supports (bowel care, wound care, PEG, medication support)
  • Monitoring complex clients and escalating clinical concerns
  • Care plan documentation and clinical reporting
  • Short community shifts supporting participants with complex needs

Award Coverage:

  • Nurses Award MA000034
  • Casual RN/EN/AIN rates with full penalty entitlements
  • Travel reimbursements aligned with organisational policy

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant qualification (SP, OT, RN, EN, AIN)
  • AHPRA registration for nursing roles
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WWCC and/or National Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Reliable vehicle + ability to travel for community shifts
