Role Title: Client Relations Manager

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week

Salary: Starting from $80,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation

Location: Head Office (Summer Hill) with Work from Home opportunities

Montessori Care supports people with disabilities and older Australians to live with greater independence.

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead client engagement and service delivery across our team.

About the Role

As a Client Relations Manager, you will manage the daily relationship between Montessori Care and our clients. That means owning onboarding, service planning, incident management, and regular client reviews. You will supervise a team of over 100 support workers and act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and support networks.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and support networks to drive quality service delivery
  • Supervise and develop a team of support workers
  • Lead service planning and delivery in line with NDIS and Aged Care standards
  • Manage client onboarding, case notes, incident reporting, and coordination documentation
  • Review client files regularly to ensure safe, consistent supports
  • Represent Montessori Care in the community by attending events and connecting with healthcare providers

About You

  • Background in disability, aged care, or community services
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
  • Confident using CRMs, case management systems, and digital tools
  • NSW Driver’s Licence & own vehicle is desirable
  • NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communicator who manages multiple stakeholders without losing detail
