With a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on one of our upcoming projects.

The Role

You will:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including project initiation, planning, construction, reporting, and handover.
• Coordinate with Design Management and other stakeholders to ensure approvals and compliance with design requirements.
• Understand client objectives and manage project risks to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering behaviours aligned with Mono’s FRANK values.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best-practice solutions.
• Client and internal reporting

About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing Class 2 apartment construction projects

You will have:

• 6+ years’ Project Management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings over $50M
• Qualified in Engineering, Project, or Construction Management
• Strong experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover
• Experience in structured, process-driven environments
• Proficient in MS Projects and project reporting tools.
