Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about innovative mental health care? Monarch Mental Health Group (MMHG) is seeking a dedicated Next Step Medication Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver cutting-edge treatments for Depression, Trauma, & PTSD.

MMHG is a psychiatrist-led Australian provider committed to expanding access to effective mental health care. We offer access to TGA-approved therapies, including Esketamine and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT), and work closely with patients, families, GPs, and psychiatrists to support recovery and improve outcomes.

Role Overview:

As the Next Step Medication Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of our Next Step Treatment program across MMHG. This includes managing patient intake, treatment tracking, and medication oversight for Esketamine and PAT therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with intake teams and respond to treatment referrals and queries
  • Coordinate patient communication and guide them through peri-treatment phases
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress using Microsoft Office tools, and relevant other systems
  • Monitor medication stock levels and coordinate re-ordering with Clinical Compliance
  • Track clinical outcomes and maintain program data
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Clinical Services
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements for the Next Step model of care

Qualifications and job requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with experience in mental health or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient coordination systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and motivate a diverse team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professional
