MMHG is the leading provider across Australia of next step treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD and associated conditions. We provide TMS, Esketamine and Psycheldic Therapies , psycho-therapy is integrated into our Psychiatrist lead treatment programs. We are looking for a collaborative and passionate Psychologist to provide psychological therapies and case management, someone who enjoys the autonomy to work independently and benefit from ongoing support and supervision.

Working closely with the Director of Psychology, you’ll ensure exceptional evidence-based client care, which drives client-based outcomes. You’ll be challenged, inspired, and fulfilled by the work you do each and every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapeutic sessions using evidence-based interventions via telehealth or face to face in our clinics in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
- Maintain a caseload of psychotherapy clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on case formulation.
- Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients.
- Prepare for and attend regular clinical supervision sessions as per AHPRA guidelines.
- Clinical administration duties such as record keeping ensuring appropriate psychological service.
- Case management for referred clients to assist in holistic support and service provision

What we are looking for
- Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
- Master of Clinical/Counselling or Professional Psychology
- Successful completion of AHPRA specified registration programs
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, legal and ethical requirements, clinical skills and referral sources
- Strong interpersonal skills, well organised, high level of verbal and written communication skills, well defined research and analytical skills
- Possess knowledge of culturally and linguistically diverse clients and migrant issues is highly valued
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information, act in a professional manner and maintain professional boundaries
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of clinical stakeholders and complex patients.
- Be open to new ideas and listen and reflect on constructive feedback
- Self aware with good reflection and wellbeing practices.
