Known for outstanding service and expert advice, we continue to grow our national network — and we’re now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Hoppers Crossing team.

About the role

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Trade Centre and ensure the warehouse runs safely, efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling and EFTPOS reconciliation
  • Lead, train and motivate the warehouse team
  • Maintain WH&S, fire safety and equipment servicing requirements
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels and coordinate reordering
  • Oversee stock rotation, accuracy and presentation
  • Ensure the store is clean, organised and fully stocked
  • Support sales initiatives, monthly specials and customer engagement

About you

You’ll bring solid warehouse experience, strong leadership qualities and a proactive, hands‑on approach.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Confident communication and team‑motivation abilities
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of local market needs
  • Knowledge of sales processes and KPIs
  • Forklift licence (LF)
  • Ability to use or learn computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
