Role Overview
We’re looking for Food Production Machine Operators to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in setting up, operating, and monitoring food manufacturing and packaging equipment while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Day shift
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery for optimal performance.
- Prepare and set up machines according to production schedules and product specifications.
- Ensure products meet all quality control and regulatory requirements.
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Accurately complete production records and reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience operating food processing machinery (e.g. pasteurizers, fillers, mixers, homogenizers, bottling lines, packing equipment).
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to accurately complete production records using clear and legible handwriting.
- Show commitment, discipline and care across all aspects of the position.
- Ability to strictly follow all regulations, SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Ability to strictly adhere to Work, Health and Safety regulations (e.g. constant use of PPE).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Able to lift up 20 kilograms.
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
- High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Working rights within Australia.
