JOB OVERVIEW
To support the Operations Team in ensuring the smooth execution of training and administrative processes by preparing and updating documents, maintaining accurate operational records, and providing ad-hoc assistance to enhance overall efficiency and compliance with internal procedures, and cross-team collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Assist in preparing, formatting, and updating training-related documents, templates, and reference materials in Client Task Management platform and shared drives.

Support data entry, filing, and organization of training or team-building materials, attendance records, and venue quotations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.

Assist in coordinating logistics for internal training activities, including scheduling, resource preparation, and material distribution if needed.

Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and use project/task management tools (training will be provided).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative and fast- paced environment.
