ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re searching for a detail‑driven Administrator to support our Sales team and help provide a smooth end‑to‑end experience for our clients.
In this role, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to the sales process. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure every order, contract, and communication is clear, correct, and on track.
What you’ll do:
- Manage sales jobs in our CRM, ensuring accurate set‑up, tracking, and completion
- Check purchase orders, quotes, contracts, and other sales documents for accuracy
- Prepare and maintain contracts for managed services and licence renewals
- Raise vendor purchase orders and create installation jobs, handing over smoothly to delivery teams
- Work with Sales, Print, IT, Solutions and Finance to keep jobs progressing and invoicing on schedule
- Process invoices, credits, returns, and vendor rebates
- Keep clients informed and supported from order through to delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and respond to feedback
- Maintain and improve sales systems, tools, SharePoint content, and training resources
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in administration or sales support
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational and time-management
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (SharePoint experience a bonus)
- A collaborative, team approach
- A process-driven mindset with focus on continual improvement
