We’re Hiring – Licensed Joiner

We’re looking for a Licensed Joiner to join our workshop team and help us produce high-quality custom joinery. You’ll be part of a crew that handles machining, assembly and factory-floor production. This role suits someone who enjoys working with their hands, likes being part of a team, and takes pride in creating a quality product that goes out the door looking spot-on.

What We Offer

  • Secure factory work — no site instalments
  • A supportive and easy-going work environment
  • Opportunities to learn, grow and step up within the team
  • Competitive pay with room for advancements.
  • Work on commercial and architectural-style joinery that you can be proud of

Key Responsibilities

As part of the joinery production team, you’ll be involved in:

  • Helping interpret plans, drawings and job specifications
  • Manufacturing joinery components in line with production requirements
  • Operating workshop CNC machinery, edge bander, panel saw, drills, and hard tool with basic operation skillset
  • Assembling cabinetry, components and panels to high factory standards
  • Preparing timber, panels and materials for production
  • Keeping the workspace clean, safe and organised
  • Communicating clearly with the team to keep work flowing smoothly
  • Holding valid Australian work rights

You don’t need to do every one of these tasks solo — we work together and support each other where needed.

Skills & Experience

It helps if you have experience in:

  • Joinery or cabinet-making environments (factory-based preferred)
  • Reading drawings and understanding how to piece things together
  • Operating workshop tools and machines safely
  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines

Certificate III in Joinery or equivalent trade qualification is mandatory for this licensed position

  • Takes pride in the quality of their work
  • Has a steady, reliable work ethic
  • Gets along well with others and adds positively to the team
  • Is willing to learn, improve skills and try new tasks
  • Can show leadership when needed — someone others feel comfortable asking for help
  • Helps keep the team on track and supports a positive workshop culture
  • Communicates well and isn’t afraid to speak up when something needs improving

If you’re a reliable, motivated professional looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Supportive team culture with real opportunities to learn, grow and advance
  • Work on high end commercial joinery you’ll be proud to put your name on
  • Enjoy steady, reliable factory work with a positive, easy-going environment
