The Role
As an experienced Meat Processor / Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be hands-on in our production team, working with specialised machinery to prepare, portion, and package high-quality meat products.
This is a stable, Monday–Friday role in a clean, modern facility.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Processing, trimming, and preparing raw meat products to exact quality standards
• Operating production machinery including:
- Mixers (recipe blending)
- Dicers (accurate portioning)
- Fillers (precise product distribution)
• Weighing and vacuum-sealing meat products with sauces to ensure freshness and presentation
• Completing packaging tasks with accuracy — labels, weights, and appearance must be spot-on
• Following strict food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures at all times
• Working efficiently with your team to meet daily production targets without cutting corners
• Turning up, on time, and ready to contribute every day

About You
• Experience in meat processing or food manufacturing (machine operation experience is essential)
• Comfortable operating production equipment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Willing to work in a cold room environment
