About the Role
We are looking for experienced Spa Therapists who through their passion for health and wellness will deliver an exceptional level of service and care to our guests at Metung Hot Springs.
Key Responsibilities
- Surpass the guest’s expectations by providing an exceptional standard of guest care and treatment standard.
- Ensuring guests are aware of what is involved in treatments they are receiving.
- Complete the start of day, operations and end of day procedures and checklists as well as set up, maintain and close therapy rooms ensuring a level of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Be accountable and responsible for the effective running of your daily schedule in relation to booked appointments.
- Promote Metung Hot Springs services and retail products.
- Remain up to date and fully versed in all products, services and appropriate therapy procedures.
- Assist the other Therapists and/or Spa Manager where required.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and in line with health and safety guidelines.
- About you
- Certificate IV in Massage or Beauty Therapy
- Working with Children Check – Employee
- Full work rights to work in Australia
- Current ‘hands-on’ experience working in massage therapy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
