The Trade Manager is responsible for executing MESHKI’s global commercial trading strategy, ensuring product launches, promotional activity and marketing campaigns are aligned to revenue and margin targets.

This role operates as the commercial engine of the business – translating forecasts and commercial priorities into clear, coordinated cross-functional execution across Brand, CRM, Performance, eCommerce and Operations. This role ensures MESHKI trades with clarity, urgency and precision, balancing growth, profitability and brand integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Translate revenue targets into clear, actionable priorities across Marketing, CRM, Performance, eCommerce, Planning and Operations.
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance by market, category and channel, tracking actuals vs target and identifying risks early.
  • Develop and coordinate recovery plans where performance is off-track, recommending adjustments across product focus, pricing, promotional mechanics or content hierarchy.
  • Partner closely with Merchandise Planning to optimise full-price sell-through, markdown strategy and inventory health.
  • Support seasonal promotional planning, balancing revenue growth with margin protection and brand positioning.
  • Lead weekly trade reporting and performance reviews, providing clear insights that drive commercially sound decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting across revenue, margin, sell-through and campaign performance.
  • Align cross-functional teams around monthly trade priorities, ensuring all stakeholders understand revenue expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure stock readiness and fulfilment timelines support trading activity.
  • Analyse campaign and initiative performance, feeding insights back into future trading and calendar planning.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • Proven experience in Trade, Commercial or eCommerce Trading within fashion or fast-paced retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability and confidence working with large revenue datasets.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Performance and Planning teams.
  • A strong understanding of promotional mechanics, margin management and sell-through optimisation.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and clarity in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify risks, challenge thinking and recommend solutions.
