ABOUT THE ROLE
MESHKI is looking for a Talent & Retention Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager, this role is central to how we attract, hire and retain exceptional talent across the business. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment while also driving key talent projects that strengthen MESHKI’s people foundations as we scale.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support end-to-end recruitment across all HQ and the Warehouse, from job postings and screening through to interview coordination and offer administration
- Contribute to salary benchmarking and remuneration analysis, helping maintain banding frameworks across the business
- Support the creation and upkeep of role profiles and position descriptions, partnering with department leaders to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Support employer branding initiatives, including maintaining the company’s LinkedIn presence and contributing to broader EVP activity
- Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts and salary increase letters, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
- Support the coordination of our Internship program
- Support internal mobility initiatives, helping build clear progression pathways across the business
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting, delivering insights on hiring activity, pipeline health and key metrics
- Partner with the broader People & Culture team on onboarding and retention initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Experience in a fast paced end-to-end recruitment role, ideally in a retail/fashion environment
- A strong passion for creating an exceptional, best-in-class hiring experience
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort working with data including salary benchmarking, reporting and dashboards
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Genuine interest in employer branding, candidate experience and building great workplaces
