About the Role
As a Casual Garden Maintenance Operator, you’ll help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces by undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
- Pruning, weeding, digging holes and planting
- Mulching, watering and garden bed preparation
- Preparing soil for turf installation and installing watering systems
- Leaf blowing and green waste removal
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
- Delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance OR demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can commit to casual employment with consistent full-time hours.
- Enjoy working outdoors in a physically active role.
- Work well as part of a team and can follow instructions.
- Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Hold a current driver’s licence (preferred/required for driving company vehicles).
- Can successfully complete the required pre-employment screening, including a Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and White Card.
