We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist and Client Administration Assistant to join our team in Albury, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, contributing to a positive and professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organise client records and documentation accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Support the team with various projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III / IV in Administration and / or equivalent skills.
  • Experience in implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
