Description

Mercury IT, (mercuryit.com.au), currently has an opening for an experienced IT Support Technician for a full-time role.

The Role

IT Support Technician’s are responsible for resolving level 1 and some level 2 support requests, performing initial troubleshooting and information gathering on more complex issues and escalating them as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Present well
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and support professional relationships
  • A desire to continually develop your skills through company sponsored learning

Desirable skills and proficiencies:

  • Relevant current industry certifications
  • Previous MSP experience including support tools such as Autotask PSA and RMM (or similar)
