The Opportunity

As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, leading a team of supervisors, team leaders, and attendants to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be hands-on on the floor, setting the tone for service, driving performance, and ensuring RSA and licensing compliance across all outlets.

This role is ideal for an experienced F&B supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and enjoys coaching and developing a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading daily F&B operations to maintain high and consistent service and presentation standards
  • Ensuring RSA compliance and adherence to all liquor licensing regulations, cash handling, and billing accuracy
  • Being a visible leader on the floor, modelling Heartist behaviours and resolving guest feedback and complaints
  • Conducting regular stock takes and controlling food and beverage costs to minimise waste and loss
  • Driving revenue through promotions, upselling, and product innovation in collaboration with the wider team
  • Supporting training, inductions, and maintaining strong food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards across all outlets

What you’ll bring

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in hotel food and beverage operations

• Strong product knowledge across beverages, menus, and service standards

• Confidence with point-of-sale and hotel management systems

• Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and operational outcomes

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
