UX/UI Designer (Mid–Senior)

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer (Mid–Senior) to join Frank Digital (part of Jaywing)—a team known for delivering smart, high-performing digital experiences for leading brands.
This role is ideal for a strong midweight ready to step up or an established senior, looking to take ownership of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and create work that not only looks great – but is grounded in performance, user behaviour and real results.
Your Role
Working closely with our Head of Experience Design and wider team, you’ll:
- Design and deliver high-quality digital experiences across websites, landing pages and apps
- Take projects from concept through to delivery (wireframes → UI → final design)
- Create user flows, site maps and prototypes grounded in UX best practice
- Design experiences informed by user behaviour, data insights and performance goals
- Collaborate with SEO, CRO and PPC teams to design for performance and conversion
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life
- Contribute ideas, test new tools, and continuously improve how we work
What We’re Looking For
- ~4–7 years’ experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI execution
- Solid experience with Figma
- Understanding of user journeys, CRO and usability principles
- High attention to detail (layout, typography, interaction)
- Confident communicator who can present ideas to internal teams and clients
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
