And we’re on the hunt for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Media team in Melbourne.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on paid media specialist who combines technical depth with strong commercial and client instincts.
This role sits at the heart of delivery. You’ll be the primary operator on key Tier 1 accounts, while also managing a broader portfolio. You won’t just execute — you’ll shape strategy, influence direction, and lead conversations with clients around what’s working and why.
You’ll need to be as comfortable in-platform as you are presenting recommendations, challenging thinking, and translating performance into clear, actionable insights.
Day to day you’ll:
- Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms
- Own performance across key Tier 1 accounts, including budgets, pacing and strategy
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients with consistency and rigour
- Lead client calls, presenting performance insights and clear next steps
- Analyse performance deeply, identifying true drivers rather than surface metrics
- Optimise product feeds across Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Develop 3-month tactical roadmaps, including testing and growth strategies
- Collaborate with Creative, Data, SEO and Client Services teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Use automation, scripts and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years’ hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred)
- Is highly proficient across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Meta
- Understands product feed optimisation and eCommerce performance drivers
- Can translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights
- Is confident leading client conversations and building strong relationships
- Has experience with GA4, Looker Studio and tracking (GTM, server-side tagging)
- Is comfortable working with automation, scripts and AI tools
- Stays curious and up to date with industry developments
Bonus if you:
- Have experience beyond Google and Meta platforms
- Have worked with the Google Ads API or built custom tools
