We’re looking for a Digital Product / Project Coordinator to support a significant website transformation program for one of our key clients. This is a full-time permanent role, working across a complex portfolio of websites and digital experiences while collaborating with stakeholders from across the business and Frank’s digital specialists.
You’ll help keep projects moving, stakeholders aligned and delivery on track. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, solving problems, and making sure no detail gets missed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting website transformation and digital delivery projects from discovery through to launch
- Gathering and consolidating business and customer requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Supporting prioritisation and planning activities aligned to business objectives and product roadmaps
- Coordinating timelines, resources and project documentation
- Tracking project status, risks, blockers and dependencies
- Keeping internal teams, client stakeholders and delivery partners informed through clear communication and reporting
- Supporting scope changes, change requests and project planning activities
- Facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, agency teams and delivery partners
- Helping ensure digital solutions deliver strong customer and business outcomes
- Managing multiple concurrent projects at different stages of delivery
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely bring:
- Around 3+ years’ experience in digital project coordination, project support or digital delivery
- Experience working on website, CMS or digital transformation projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana or similar project management tools
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential.
