We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join Merchantwise Group full-time. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s keen to build strong foundations in finance within a creative, fast-moving business.

Your Role

You’ll support our finance team across a range of day-to-day activities, including:

• Entering and maintaining royalty data with accuracy and consistency
• Supporting accounts receivable, including following up outstanding invoices
• Assisting with batch payments and ensuring correct processing
• Preparing reports and supporting finance projects as needed
• Helping keep our finance operations running smoothly day-to-day

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (or close to completing)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Solid Excel skills (you’re comfortable working with data)
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Someone reliable, organised, and proactive

You don’t need years of experience—this role is about potential, attitude, and attention to detail.
