Relationship and Development Specialist

Role Summary:

The Relationship and Development Specialist play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with MIPS current and future members. This position is essential for driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic development initiatives. The specialist will work closely with various teams to align client needs with organisational goals, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Prepare and present reports on client feedback and relationship metrics to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree educated with at least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.

Please note due to the travel element of the role comes with a car but isn’t commission based.
