Role Purpose

The Head of Sales will create clear accountability and focus on sales activity across our product suite and associated services. This role will be hands-on, motivating, mentoring, and managing the growing Sales Team to improve performance while creating a robust sales strategy/plan, and refining sales processes to deliver on our sales ambitions and meet sales targets across the group. This is a key leadership role to grow revenue, expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and position our products as the solution of choice in our target markets.

About You

  • Proven sales leadership experience – At least 5+ years in a senior level B2B SaaS sales/business development role, ideally within healthcare technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Team management – Proven track record in managing, leading and mentoring a sales team, ideally including SDR, BDM and Account Managers for direct reports.
  • Process-oriented – Track record of implementing and running proven solution sales methodologies.
  • Industry knowledge – Familiarity with the pharmacy, aged care or healthcare sector, with community pharmacy experience as a bonus.
  • Customer focus – Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Effective communication – Skilled in presenting and demonstrating products in an engaging and informative way.
  • Organisational skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Problem-solving – High-level problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
  • Leadership – Excellent team management & leadership skills.

Location: After onboarding is completed in office, a flexible hybrid working model is available from our office in Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The location is close to public transport and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes.
