Role Purpose
The Account Manager’s role is to grow and retain MediMap customers across Australia, with a focus on aged care and community healthcare providers.
The role manages a defined portfolio, builds senior relationships, and ensures adoption of MediMap’s medication management platform. It identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, coordinates renewals, and resolves issues quickly. Success means measurable revenue growth, strong customer advocacy, and safe, consistent product usage in clinical settings.
About You
- Account leadership – Plans, prioritises, and executes across a portfolio to meet revenue and retention targets.
- Healthcare sales – Understands buying cycles in aged care and community health, including clinical, operational, and IT considerations.
- Commercial acumen – Manages contracts, pricing, and terms, and builds business cases for expansions.
- Customer success mindset – Drives onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes for clinical teams.
- Communication & influence – Tailors messages to executives and clinicians, facilitates workshops, and handles objections.
- Problem-solving – Diagnoses root causes, balances commercial and clinical needs, and proposes practical solutions.
- Product & integration literacy – Explains relevant features and integrations in plain language and links them to customer outcomes.
- Data & reporting – Uses CRM and usage data to forecast, track health, and guide subsequent actions.
- Collaboration – Works closely with Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Product to deliver end-to-end value.
- Planning & organisation – Manages competing priorities, travel, and deadlines with attention to detail and follow-through.

- Revenue growth – The portfolio delivers sustained ARR growth from timely renewals and well-qualified expansions.
- Customer satisfaction – Customers report strong CSAT and recurring feedback themes are identified and addressed.
- Trusted relationships – Senior stakeholders view MediMap as a long-term partner and invite early engagement on initiatives.
- Fewer escalations – Risks are identified early and resolved through proactive planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Actionable insights – Clear account and market insights inform product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

Location: After onboarding is completed in office, a flexible hybrid working model is available from our office in Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The location is close to public transport and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes.
