About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our platform, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to healthcare professionals. As we transition our technical leadership model, you will work closely with external solutions architecture consultants, our engineering team, and key stakeholders to shape the product vision, define priorities, and drive execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the product roadmap, influence technical direction, and expand Medcast’s reach into new healthcare verticals such as general nursing, hospital doctors, specialists, and aged care professionals. What You’ll Be Doing

As the Product Manager, you will primarily be responsible for:

  • Developing and communicating a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that products and programs need their needs.
  • Collaborating with Technical team members to refine platform features and system integrations.
  • Defining, or working with internal and external experts to define system requirements, data models, and API integrations to ensure seamless interoperability.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Identifying opportunities for product expansion and continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with the technical team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Gathering and analysing user feedback to refine platform usability and enhance engagement.
  • Managing project budgets, resources, plans and timelines and report on progress, risks and roadblocks.
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

What are we Looking For:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in technology, health education, public health, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in product and project management.
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong understanding of integration processes, particularly with external systems like electronic medical records..
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for decision-making.
  • Innovative thinking, balancing big-picture vision with practical execution.
  • A passion for delivering value to users and creating exceptional customer experiences.
