About the Role

As a Post-Harvest Technician, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring each product batch meets our high standards of quality. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates a clear, consistent routine and is comfortable working to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Cannabis meticulously, adhering to TGA regulations and GMP standards.
  • Operate specialized processing equipment such as mechanical trimmers, buckers, induction sealers, and labellers. We will train you on how to use all the equipment so not worry if you’ve never done this before.
  • Execute all post-harvest processes including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, labelling, and preparing product for sale or transfer.
  • Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary work environment in compliance with hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1 year experience in agriculture, production or manufacturing industries
  • Reliable and proactive, enjoys getting tasks done to a high quality in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively operate in a team environment, fostering a positive team and workplace
  • Enjoys a role where you can focus on one task at a time and complete it to a high standard.
  • Willingness to perform manual tasks and ability to handle physical requirements of the role including climbing ladders and working in varied environmental conditions.
  • Able to commit to working the occasional weekends and scheduled weekly overtime if needed.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Able to complete a National Police Check resulting in a non-disclosure result
  • Able to complete a medical assessment
