About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, fast-moving clinic team. You’ll be the calm, capable face (and voice) of the clinic, someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised, and bringing a steady, positive energy to a busy environment. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the conversation.

As the first point of contact for patients, doctors, and visitors, you’ll help set the tone for a smooth, welcoming experience. You’ll guide patients through bookings and questions with empathy, confidence, and professionalism, making sure they feel supported from the start. You’ll keep things running smoothly.

Your day will include well-defined, practical tasks like:

  • Managing appointments and calendars
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
  • Processing payments and handling billing enquiries
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • You’ll deliver quality, every day.
  • Attention to detail matters here.
  • You’ll take pride in accurate data entry, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving, helping the wider healthcare team focus on what they do best: patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Engage with patients, doctors, and pharmacists
  • Data entry and patient record management
  • Process patient payments
  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support
  • Liaise with internal teams and external health professionals

Availability:

Shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

This role requires an urgent start, so availability ASAP is ideal
