To lead this next chapter, we are seeking a General Manager – Medical Practice Services (Medicinal Cannabis): a confident, commercially astute leader who thrives on ownership, influence, and results. ABOUT THE ROLE
The General Manager – Medical Practice Services (Medicinal Cannabis) is a executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full accountability for the commercial, operational, and clinical performance of Cann I Help’s medical services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across nursing and medical administration, oversee clinical governance and regulatory compliance, and drive measurable commercial growth, efficiency, and service excellence.

THE ROLE
The successful incumbent will:
- Own the commercial and operational performance of the national clinic, including service quality, practice revenue, budget, and growth targets
- Develop strategy and translate strategy into clear execution plans and results
- Lead and strengthen clinical governance, compliance, and prescribing frameworks (TGA, AHPRA, SAS-B, AP)
- Drive operational excellence across patient flow, telehealth, workforce utilisation, and digital systems
- Build, lead, and coach high-performing clinical and operational teams
- Partner with practitioners, pharmacies, and internal stakeholders to optimise outcomes
- Champion a patient-centred, high-quality care experience
- Use data, insight, and commercial acumen to improve performance and decision-making
- Identify and implement new service models, innovations, and growth opportunities
- Create a culture of accountability, clarity, and momentum\

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Medicine, Allied Health, Business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years’ senior leadership experience in healthcare, clinical services, or regulated medical industries
- Demonstrated success in commercial, financial, and operational leadership
- Strong understanding of Australian healthcare compliance and governance (TGA, AHPRA)
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams
- Track record of driving growth, improvement, and innovation
Highly regarded:
- Experience in medicinal cannabis, controlled medicines, or complex prescribing environments
- Postgraduate qualifications in health, business, or leadership
- Experience with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and digital health solutions
