The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for 2 x Cultivation Technicians to join our collaborative cultivation team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level role and a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, curious, and keen to learn the end-to-end cultivation and processing of cannabis and hemp plants. You’ll work closely with our Head Grower and wider team, contributing to high-quality outcomes while learning industry-leading practices in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

  • An interest in plants, cultivation, or horticulture (experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • This role is hands-on and involves working with plants and potential allergens, standing for periods, and working at heights.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow weekly cultivation and production schedules
  • Perform crop work across all plant life stages
  • Propagation, harvesting, trimming, and processing
  • Maintain sanitation standards and accurate documentation
  • Mix fertilisers and monitor fertigation systems
  • Adhere to quality control and compliance requirements
  • Support a safe, respectful, and positive team environment

What You’ll Need

  • High school certificate
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check and medical clearance
  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Pay is in line with the Horticulture Award, based on age and permanent employee rates.
