The Role

A 12 month fixed term contract role based out of our Sydney Office

The Campaign Lead role will drive the end-to-end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that engage prospective and existing members, shift perceptions, strengthen product appeal, and drive measurable sales outcomes. This role champions operational excellence across the full marketing ecosystem.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Develop clear, insightful briefs that our guide agency partner and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment from idea development to final execution.
  • Oversee advertising planning and execution, ensuring channel mix and placements are data-led, effective, and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Define clear campaign objectives aligned to member metrics (including awareness, consideration, and perceptions) and commercial outcomes (including traffic, leads, and sales).
  • Coordinate all elements of campaign delivery, including marketing briefs, internal stakeholder management, project schedules, implementation plans, status updates, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Act as the primary operational lead for SOUP (marketing agency), providing clear briefs, overseeing creative output, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives. Partner with data and insights teams to establish measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and optimise campaigns in real time.
  • Analyse and report on campaign outcomes, providing clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, aligned, and commercially effective.
  • Identify and test new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to continually evolve campaign effectiveness.
  • Apply experience in data-driven marketing, including digital marketing and marketing automation, to enhance campaign performance.
  • Coordinate Marketing inbox / Marketing Request forms and Website change request forms and respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance to SPAM legislation
  • Maintain and update disclosure & disclaimer library to ensure compliance with pricing promise and required campaign T&Cs

Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to plan, manage, communicate and deliver campaign and project timelines.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and drive to deliver results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, Notion, Pardot, Figma and Salesforce, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Solid experience across social platforms including X (Twitter), Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and social listening/management tools.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns that shift key metrics and drive sales outcomes.
  • Experience working with agencies and collaborating across creative and production teams.

Formal Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience desirable.
