Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Detailing Supervisor to lead a fast-paced automotive detailing operation processing high volume. This role requires a strong leader who can manage workflow, maintain quality standards, and keep the team moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full detailed workflow: Prep-Buffing-QC-Dispatch.

• Allocate Vehicles to appropriate lanes based on condition.

• Maintain throughput and prevent bottlenecks • Lead, train and supervise a team • Oversee quality control on every vehicle

• Implement process improvements and standardise procedures • Maintain job tracking and build expectations within the team • Continue to grow the strengths internal to increase throughput • Recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years automotive detailing, reconditioning or workshop experience
• Strong knowledge of detailing
• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high- volume environment
• Full manual driver’s licence.
