About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Eagle Farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, service bookings and stat warranty.

• Manage workshop bookings and service quotes

• Prepare invoices and repair orders, using the DMS system

• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs and recommended work

• Liaise with the workshop team to provide accurate updates on repair progress

• Promote warranty renewals and retention offers to existing customers

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly

• Keep customer details and service records accurate and up to date

• Complete weekly vehicle stocktakes

• Work with the admin team to submit Japanese compliance reports

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in receptionist, administration or customer service role

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask

• Efficiently proficiency in computer skills, including invoicing and spreadsheets

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Valid driver’s licence
