Automotive Yard Supervisor

With circa 1000 cars in stock, we secure thousands of leads per month, and as our team is growing, we’re on the lookout for an energetic, organised and customer-focused Inbound Appointment Setter to join our high-performing team in Brisbane.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who likes to stay active all day. Duties include:

• Supervising the yard team, ensuring weekly detailing processes are completed.
• Organising the yard including car presentation and vehicle positioning.
• Cleaning and tidying the yard and warehouse (Rubbish, Weeds, leaves, Cobwebs, Windows etc).
• Managing the Key room.
• In stock all incoming cars – key tags, stock numbers, complete condition reports on all new vehicles entering the yard and moving the cars into spaces. 
• Liaising with the delivery team regarding deliveries for number plates, fuel, and cleanliness of deliveries.
• Replacing batteries on cars and keys, installing and removing number plates
• Fuel Management and stocking.
• Ensuring the customer lounge is clean and restocked with water.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of previous yard experience with supervisory experience highly regarded
• Open Manual driving License
• Mechanical and buffing experience an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a positive team player
