Due to unprecedented demand, Cars4Us is currently expanding our sales function and is seeking a highly-driven Sales Specialist who is looking to progress in their career, complementing our already established high-performing team.
Cars4Us is the largest single-site dealership on the East Coast of Australia, with over 1000 vehicles in stock we secure around 4000 leads a month, providing a solid platform to set up any ambitious and motivated Sales Specialist for success. We actively promote and drive a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growing team of employees who enjoy achieving and celebrating success together.
Key criteria for a successful application: You must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a high-performing Sales Consultant within the automotive industry. Candidates with less experience may still be considered upon providing examples of previous outstanding performance.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced environment, showing the following attributes:
- Proven background in sales, reaching and exceeding targets on a regular basis
- Commitment to achieving outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Maximise walk-in traffic, phone and online enquiries
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Proven ability to be an outstanding team player
- Minimum of current motor salesperson registration with Office of Fair Trading
- Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions
