Role Overview:

Are you ready to be the engine that keeps a high-performing retail sales department running smoothly? Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, this pivotal role is your chance to be at the heart of customer service and operational coordination in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll be a key part of the delivery team that juggles multiple roles in one, booking customer deliveries, registrations for deliveries, liaising with the pre-delivery team to make sure that the vehicles are ready, deal finalising and vehicle handover, — all while keeping communication flowing across internal departments. This is a fast paced busy role that will keep you on your toes!

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• QT accreditation is preferable however training can be provided.
• Strong communication skills paired with solid computer literacy.
• Previous admin experience, ideally involving vehicle deliveries or dealership operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with vehicle acquisitions and cancellations.
• Understanding or exposure to automotive sales paperwork.
• A proactive, can-do attitude along with an eagerness to learn and develop
