As our Omnichannel Manager – eCommerce, you will play a critical role in implementing our growth agenda across digital retail, driving revenue and profit with our core eCommerce partners, and elevating our presence across key omnichannel environments.
This role requires a commercially minded, innovative thinker; someone who can work cross‑functionally, move with pace, and bring digital excellence to life across our retailer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all eCommerce sales‑related activities across our core retail partners to drive strong revenue and profit contribution.
- Jointly develop and manage integrated customer plans alongside our NAMs, ensuring alignment to broader customer and commercial strategies.
- Develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across retail media networks to maximise visibility, conversion, and ROAS.
- Build strong relationships with eCommerce and digital teams across key banners including Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, and Priceline.
- Increase eCommerce sales contribution by identifying growth opportunities, improving online fundamentals, and elevating digital execution.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales, and Supply/Operations to deliver seamless omnichannel activation.
- Drive effective collaboration with eCommerce enablers and agencies to support campaign delivery and retail media execution.
- Contribute thought leadership to improve eCommerce capability, strengthen digital presence, and optimise channel performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience managing eCommerce partnerships within the Australian market.
- Strong working knowledge of the eCommerce and digital retail landscape, including core sales and marketing channels, promotional cycles, and omnichannel execution.
- Experience with retail media networks such as Citrus and Criteo, with the ability to drive positive campaign outcomes and ROAS.
- An innovative, commercially minded approach—able to spot opportunities, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, agile mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving digital environment.
