Description

We’re entering an important new chapter. As we continue our shift into a sales‑ and marketing‑led organisation, we’re looking for an Omnichannel Manager – eCommerce to help shape our next phase with clarity, purpose, and impact.

As our Omnichannel Manager – eCommerce, you will play a critical role in implementing our growth agenda across digital retail, driving revenue and profit with our core eCommerce partners, and elevating our presence across key omnichannel environments.

This role requires a commercially minded, innovative thinker; someone who can work cross‑functionally, move with pace, and bring digital excellence to life across our retailer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all eCommerce sales‑related activities across our core retail partners to drive strong revenue and profit contribution.
  • Jointly develop and manage integrated customer plans alongside our NAMs, ensuring alignment to broader customer and commercial strategies.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across retail media networks to maximise visibility, conversion, and ROAS.
  • Build strong relationships with eCommerce and digital teams across key banners including Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, and Priceline.
  • Increase eCommerce sales contribution by identifying growth opportunities, improving online fundamentals, and elevating digital execution.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales, and Supply/Operations to deliver seamless omnichannel activation.
  • Drive effective collaboration with eCommerce enablers and agencies to support campaign delivery and retail media execution.
  • Contribute thought leadership to improve eCommerce capability, strengthen digital presence, and optimise channel performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing eCommerce partnerships within the Australian market.
  • Strong working knowledge of the eCommerce and digital retail landscape, including core sales and marketing channels, promotional cycles, and omnichannel execution.
  • Experience with retail media networks such as Citrus and Criteo, with the ability to drive positive campaign outcomes and ROAS.
  • An innovative, commercially minded approach—able to spot opportunities, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, agile mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving digital environment.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be based in our Kingsgrove office, with a planned relocation to a new Sydney CBD workspace in early 2026. This move reflects the evolution of our business – modern, connected, and designed to bring our teams closer together.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused culture.
  • Modern offices in Sydney and flexible working arrangements.
  • Generous staff discounts and career progression opportunities.
  • The chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, purpose-driven business.
