Are you a high performing territory manager, sales representative or retail professional looking for your next opportunity?

McPherson’s is home to some of Australia’s favourite health, wellness, and beauty names – including Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn’s. We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager/ Sales Representative that is looking to take the next step as a Business Development Manager to help us grow these brands where it matters in pharmacies across the Brisbane Metro area, with occasional regional travel.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of high potential retail partners

• Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution

• Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation

• Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff

• Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities

• Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you

• Relevant experience in sales or business development (pharmacy or grocery experience preferred, must have some experience in retail)

• Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets

• Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)

• Able to travel across your territory
