The Role
Due to significant growth, MCA Engineering is looking for a Workshop Leading Hand Boilermaker with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. This is a fantastic relocation opportunity for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career—and enjoy a new lifestyle in a regional town with big

You’ll lead and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople and apprentices in our workshop. You must bring hands-on leadership experience, a focus on safety, and a passion for the trade.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of trades and apprentices in a workshop environment
- Daily reporting and documentation
- Overseeing and reviewing quality of work
- WHS – Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
- A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail
- A commitment to quality and pride in your work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

About you:
- Cert III Trade Fabrication at a minimum
- White Card
- Forklift license and confined space ticket – Would be an advantage
- Experience as a Supervisor / Leading Hand within a mining company would be viewed favourably
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
