Help shape how we sell, not just what we sell.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive operator to join our team as a Sales Enablement & Growth Associate in our Adelaide office on Greenhill Road.   You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers and senior leadership to improve how we go to market, engage customers and convert opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and strategy.  You won’t just be supporting activity, you’ll be lifting the quality, consistency and effectiveness of how we win deals.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in lifting sales performance by improving the tools, content and processes that drive conversion and pipeline growth.  From refining our core sales narrative to building compelling proposals and supporting high-value opportunities, you’ll elevate how we show up to customers.

What you’ll be doing

Sales Enablement & Conversion

  • Own and continuously improve our core sales narrative and proposal materials
  • Develop high-quality, tailored presentations and collateral for key opportunities
  • Support BDMs with meeting preparation, follow-ups and proposal coordination

Pipeline & Growth Support

  • Assist with targeted outreach, prospect research and appointment setting
  • Improve the consistency and quality of early-stage sales activity

Content & Market Positioning

  • Create case studies, articles and LinkedIn content to strengthen our brand
  • Coordinate executive and company content to reflect our strategic direction

 Events & External Coordination

  • Support the delivery of events, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
  • Manage external partners across PR, design, digital and events

Sales Process & Playbook

  • Maintain and improve the sales playbook, tools and templates
  • Capture insights and turn them into repeatable best practices

CRM & Reporting

  • Support CRM integrity and pipeline visibility
  • Assist with reporting and identifying trends or improvement opportunities

About you

You’re commercially curious, detail-oriented and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you look for ways to improve things and take ownership.

You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and can translate strategy into practical outputs that help sales teams perform. You care about quality. Average slides and generic proposals don’t cut it for you.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related field. 
  • Significant experience in sales enablement, commercial support, marketing coordination or revenue operations
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
  • The ability to write clear, compelling content (case studies, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • A solid understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management

Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B, SaaS, mining, or industrial environments, or have exposure to content strategy or thought leadership.
