As our Export Logistics Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring Maverick Bio’s manufacturing output is delivered to domestic and international customers On-Time and In-Full (OTIF).
This role is central to maintaining our reputation for reliability, responsiveness and quality in global markets. You will manage export logistics activities with precision, compliance and a strong client focus, ensuring every shipment meets regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage export documentation (Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, AWBs, Bills of Lading, Pack Lists)
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, airlines and customs brokers
- Manage time- and temperature-sensitive exports with precision
- Ensure compliance with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, customs and trade requirements
- Participate in logistics planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits and maintain accurate export records
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who either have direct export experience or strong transferable skills from related industries.
You might have:
- Experience in export, freight forwarding, customs, shipping or supply chain
OR
- Experience in a regulated, documentation-heavy or coordination-focused role (e.g. manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, procurement, administration, transport, defence, or compliance environments)
In addition, you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with digital systems and ERP platforms
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
