An exciting opportunity to join Master Electricians Australia in the role of Marketing Campaigns Manager. This is for a full time 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.

About the Role

This is an execution-focused role for a marketer who loves being in the detail, someone who thrives on building and delivering campaigns that drive membership growth, program participation and member engagement. You’ll be part of a lean team, working day to day alongside a Fractional CMO who sets the strategic direction. Your job is to bring that strategy to life.

This role is made for someone who takes a brief and runs with it, someone who finds satisfaction in the craft of great campaign delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, email, CRM and events
  • Execute campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement and retention across MEA’s programs and offerings
  • Create and manage marketing content, communications and collateral end-to-end
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines and deliverables to keep activity on track
  • Monitor performance, report on results and make data-driven optimisations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to keep campaigns moving
  • Implement improvements to member experience and marketing processes as directed

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or campaign management roles
  • A strong executor, someone who can take a strategy and run with it independently
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns across digital channels, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to read campaign data and optimise accordingly
  • Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in a lean, fast moving environment
  • A “roll your sleeves up” attitude, you enjoy doing the work, not just directing it
  • Experience within a membership, association or not-for-profit environment is a bonus
