Role Summary

The Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator will work with the Head of Marketing, Communications & Community Engagement to promote the School and ensure positive, timely and effective communication between the School and its community in addition to assisting with the organisation of school events. The Marketing and Communication team works actively to present the School to the community, through visual, print, electronic and verbal media.


Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create engaging content that showcases the diverse and vibrant College community across the College’s digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Monitor social media and digital engagement analytics and provide insights where required 
  • Taking regular photographs and videos at College events
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, enrolment initiatives and community engagement activities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
  • Producing compelling videos for internal and external platforms
  • Assist with website updates, EDMs and digital communications
  • Coordinate the promotion and marketing of College events 
  • Managing whole school year photos
  • Preparing materials for the annual year book
  • Preparing marketing and promotional material for the College
  • Creating promotional advertising in a timely and professional manner and adhering to advertising guidelines
  • Coordinate content for Masada College publications
  • Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional collateral 
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Community Engagement as required


Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Ability to create engaging digital content including photography, videography and written copy
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar platforms
  • Graphic design skills and experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (highly desirable)
  • Experience preparing marketing and promotional materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns and communications
  • Ability to analyse engagement and digital performance metrics (desirable)
