About The Role:
The Youth & Wellbeing Program delivers outreach-based, case-managed support to young people aged 10–25 experiencing mental illness across the ACT. The program focuses on early intervention to strengthen resilience, build coping strategies, and support young people to secure and maintain long-term housing stability.
Through collaborative engagement, service coordination, education, short-term therapeutic interventions, referrals and advocacy, the program works alongside young people to support their recovery and overall wellbeing.
As a Mental Health Outreach Worker, you will provide recovery-oriented, case management support to young people experiencing mental distress. This is a dynamic outreach role requiring strong time management, organisational and administrative skills. You will work with a high level of autonomy in the community while also contributing effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
