Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our Projects teams.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Project Sales & Marketing Consultant with experience in off the plan property sales, including apartments, land estates, and house and land packages. With exciting developments launching throughout 2026, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong project pipeline, premium product, and generous salary structure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining a strong buyer database through strategic networking, referrals, and relationship management
- Managing buyer enquiries from initial contact through to exchange, settlement, and post-settlement handover
- Nurturing long-term buyer relationships through consistent follow up and communication across extended sales cycles
- Staffing project display suites and attending weekend appointments and open inspections as required Maintaining strong relationships with developers, builders, solicitors, and industry stakeholders
- Providing detailed market feedback, buyer insights, and reporting on enquiry activity and personal KPIs
- Assisting with campaign execution, project launches, and database marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with the marketing team on social media content, video campaigns, and project promotion
- Staying informed on market conditions, competing developments, pricing trends, and local market activity
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will have Project Sales and Marketing experience and the patience and focus to keep your eye on the ball from a project coming online through to the last settlement.

The Mindset: Long term with strong organisational skills to manage prolonged pipelines and maintain detailed buyer follow up

Goal and KPI Focus: Confidence working in a fast-paced team environment while also managing individual KPIs and sales target

Project Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in Project Sales & Marketing, particularly within off the plan developments combined with a strong understanding of project marketing and buyer demographics across different product types

Licences: Class 2 Real Estate Licence, current driver’s licence, and own, reliable vehicle

Tech Savvy: Happy and effective using technology and systems ideally with experience using CRM platforms such as PropertyShell and/or Reapit, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Marketing: Confidence presenting on camera and contributing ideas for digital and social media content

Communication: Exceptional “people skills” with the ability to build and maintain rapport with developers and especially buyers
